Chillin' on DJ @ Helen Back (An outdoor bar) while watching the Bucc's game.
Willie went with me to this year's Mid-West Witches Ball. This is Ambrosia, one of Willie's fans. (Please feel free to visit Ambrosia yourself by clicking HERE. She is a wonderfully gifted artist and photographer in a variety of different mediums.)
And of course Willie had to go to the after party too. Here he is schmoozing up Val (another of my gifted artisan friends. Her paintings are amazing!). He likes the tattooed ladies.
This is Winky the Wiggler. (I told you all a little about him in the Willie section.) While traveling through Tennessee (at about 4am) I stopped to get gas. I walked in, paid for my gas, and was about to leave when I noticed something out of the corner of my eye. What had cought my attention was a display of keychains. And Winky was one of them.
I immediately started yelling, "OMG! It's a little Willie," through the gas station. And, yes, I startled the cashier, who was now looking at me like I had sprouted a second head. Even the other customer in the station was looking at me odd. (I'm used to those looks.)
I grabbed the keychain and ran back to the counted and told the cashier, in my craziest 4am wack-a-doo voice, that I HAD to have this!!! I then explained about Willie (I'm sure she appreciated that I wasn't talking about a guys willy and had an actual thing I called Willie. Wait...that doesn't sond better.) I explained to her about Willie and the traveling and pics and Facebook and she looked instantly relieved.
And so I bought Winky. And now Willie has a kid to take care of. And Winky does sometimes travel with us. Though there are fewer pics to prove it. In the pic above, I'm pretty sure I walked in on him calling a phone-sex hot-line. He is a Wiggler, they like stuff like that.
Snuggle Frog is a Build-A-Bear frog that Dj bought me forever ago. His name is actually Lestat, but since I snuggle on him when I'm not feeling all that great (which is always) he adopted the name Snuggle Frog. I sleep with him tucked under my right side (cause he's the perfect size to keep my back in alignment) and often he wakes me up croaking in my ear cause I rolled over on the noise maker in his arm. Thanks for adding that DJ! Snuggle Frog usually goes everywhere with me, like Willie, but doesn't go around town with me. Willie is easier to carry around. That and because if I'm going out I feel well enough to do so and therefore need no snuggling. So he travels with me to help me sleep. And keep my back from going all wonky. (And in case anyone is wondering, yes, I do change his clothes. He has a number of out fits. And camoflage panties!) Normally Snuggle Frog wouldn't be considered "weird" but since he has a habit of molestering me in my sleep, he kinda falls in the same catagory your "funny uncle" would fall in. Cause it's creepy. And weird. And never fails. I will fall asleep and by the time I wake up he is lodged between my legs or has a hand down my shirt. I woke up one time to one of his feet inside my panties. I think he needs a girl frog.
Snuggle Frog in his riding leather.
Earning his keep while I'm sick.
Willie with Bambi at Stoney Creek, MI. We were looking for Bambi's mother.
Willie climbing another tree @ Stoney Creek, MI
And getting stuck in said tree. Thankfully Willie is not that big so he doesn't have to dlimb very much to seem high off the ground. Easier for me to rescue him/
Playing in the water at Stoney Creek, MI.
He just had to dip his feet in to cool off.
If you look in DJ's right pocky you see a Willie hanging out. He decided he wanted to go out on the lane.
Had to take this pic. Don't the bowling balls look like a bigger Willie? The Blue one is even looking at me.
I think Willie was messin with the score cause DJ won.
Willie, Lil Miss and a stuffed lamb (I think it's name is Lamby) outside National Coney Island in MI.
Willie beat Lil Miss in tic-tac-toe on her coloring menu.
So she decided to eat him. He is bun sized after all!
Willie, Lill Miss and Shecky on the way to Pennsylvania.
Willie, Lil Miss and Shecky outside of a Hardee's on the way to Pennsylvania. (None of them had had Hardee's before. We HAD to stop. Now I have a Hardee's right down the street! Yay, Hot ham 'n cheese!)
Willie and Shecky being forced to hug it out after arguing over who gets the last season fri.
Shecky. Really her name is McKayla, but she's adopted so her name got changed. (Shecky is what it says on her tag.) Shecky is Lil Miss's traveling companion so she keeps Willie company when Lil Miss goes places with me.
Driving through Atlanta. Even Willie was having anxiety since there are 7 lanes of traffic and not one person who knows how to drive.
You can't see Willie shivering while ppl cut each other off. YAY Atlanta!
Looking at the awsome Oak trees while driving through Georgia.
It just took a bit of antenna pulling to calm Willie down in the traffic.
He's actually sleeping cause he got bored. He said something about GA all looking the same.
Willie, taking a walk in the sand on the beach in FL.
Willie, buildin a sand castle. See the stick? That's his castle's flag. Every castle needs a flag. Duh!
Layin' out. Gettin' a tan. (Or melting. Come to your own conclutions.)
He LOVES to play in the water, but in FL the waves are so strong they can wash him out to sea. I had to hold onto him.
Since he's a freak (and likes it) I held onto his antenna for him.
DJ and Willie snuck a pic together while I was sleeping. Aren't they just the cutest? (Ok, Lil Miss is the cutest, but they run a close second.)
Willie in the hot tub. Apparently Willies get all glowy in hot tubs.
There is actually a Willie in this palm tree.
There he is! He LOVES to climb trees. He was actually REAL happy because this tree was at the beach so he got to climb it AND play in water!
Willie outside the hotel room in Chicago
Willie at Giordano's. He LOVES the shrimo stuffed pizza. And the green, spinach stuffed raviolis.
Willie really liked the trolly car. Maybe one day I'll take him for a ride on one.
Willie, enjoying the view of Chicago from the perfect seat.
Willie, letting Chicago pass him by. (With a smile on his face.)
